You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Shodrexxblixan provides flower delivery services throughout New York and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified timeframe, but we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or recipient unavailability.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbor. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available business day. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, with limited Sunday delivery available upon request and subject to additional charges.
You must provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided at the time of ordering.
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers and plants, it may be necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the look and feel of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the requested variety, but may substitute with another color or variety of equal or greater value.
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or on the day of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once the arrangement has been prepared or is out for delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include a replacement arrangement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
