We understand that fresh flowers are a unique product, and we handle each arrangement with the utmost care from our studio to your doorstep. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all flowers and floral arrangements delivered by Shodrexxblixan. If your flowers arrive in unsatisfactory condition or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers issues such as wilted flowers upon arrival, damaged arrangements, incorrect orders, or arrangements that significantly differ from what was ordered.

Resolution Options

Upon receiving your complaint, we will review your case and work with you to find the best resolution. Depending on the nature of the issue, resolution options may include:

Replacement Arrangement

If your flowers arrived damaged or did not meet quality standards, we will deliver a replacement arrangement at no additional charge. Replacement deliveries are typically arranged within 24-48 hours of your report, subject to availability and delivery schedule.

Store Credit

We may offer store credit for future purchases on shodrexxblixan.world as an alternative to replacement. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of your purchase and does not expire. This option provides flexibility to select different arrangements or schedule delivery for a more convenient time.

Full Refund

In cases where replacement or store credit is not suitable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and review your complaint. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refund

For minor issues that do not warrant a full replacement or refund, we may offer a partial refund as compensation. The amount will be determined based on the nature and extent of the issue.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your flower order according to the following terms:

Standard Orders

Orders scheduled for future delivery may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order total to cover preparation costs.

Same-Day Delivery Orders

Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once the arrangement has been prepared or is out for delivery. If you need to cancel a same-day order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time with notice provided at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. You will receive deliveries through your current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we cannot accept physical returns of delivered products. Once flowers have been delivered and accepted, they cannot be returned to our facility for sanitary and quality reasons.

However, this does not affect your right to report quality issues or request resolution as outlined in this policy.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, we will attempt to contact you and the recipient to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for second delivery attempts.

If we are unable to complete delivery after reasonable attempts, and you choose not to arrange pickup or redelivery, no refund will be issued as the flowers were prepared and delivery was attempted in good faith.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order. If flowers are delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error in providing delivery information, we are not responsible for the misdelivery. However, we will work with you to arrange a replacement delivery at an additional charge if stock is available.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, or recipient unavailability. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by such circumstances, but we will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery as soon as possible.

If a significant delay occurs and affects the purpose of your order (such as a birthday or anniversary), please contact us to discuss resolution options.

Flower Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and supply factors, specific flower varieties may occasionally be unavailable. When this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic, color scheme, and style of the arrangement.

If you are not satisfied with substitutions made in your arrangement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to address your concerns through one of the resolution options described above.

If you have specific flower requirements and substitutions are not acceptable, please note this clearly when placing your order. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill your order exactly as specified.

Refund Processing

When a refund is authorized, we will process it according to the following timeline:

  • Refund approval and processing: 1-3 business days from issue resolution
  • Return to original payment method: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Appearance in your account: Depends on your financial institution, typically 3-5 business days after the refund is issued

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account than was used for the original transaction.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your financial institution, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund after checking with your bank or credit card company, please contact us for assistance.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your floral arrangement, please follow these care instructions:

  • Upon arrival, place flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and drafts
  • Trim stems at a 45-degree angle under running water every 2-3 days
  • Change the water completely every 2-3 days and clean the vase to prevent bacterial growth
  • Remove any leaves that fall below the water line
  • Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, which releases ethylene gas that can cause premature wilting
  • Maintain room temperature between 65-72°F for optimal flower longevity

Following proper care instructions can significantly extend the life of your flowers. Issues arising from failure to follow basic care guidelines may not be covered under our satisfaction guarantee.

Special Event Orders

Orders for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions require additional consideration:

  • Consultations for special events must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance for weddings and 2 weeks for other events
  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date, with the balance due 7 days before the event
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable, as flowers have typically been ordered and preparation has begun
  • Minor adjustments to flower selections may be made up to 14 days before the event at no charge

Gift Deliveries

For orders sent as gifts:

  • The purchaser is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information for the recipient
  • If the recipient is not available and refuses delivery, we will attempt to contact both the purchaser and recipient to arrange redelivery
  • Refund requests for gift deliveries must come from the original purchaser
  • Recipients should contact the purchaser first if they have concerns about the gift, though we are happy to address quality issues directly

Seasonal Considerations

Please be aware that during peak floral holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, our return and cancellation policies may have modified terms:

  • Cancellations during peak periods must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Flower substitutions are more likely during high-demand periods due to limited availability
  • Delivery timeframes may be extended to accommodate high order volume
  • We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to flowers or floral arrangements purchased from shodrexxblixan.world is limited to the purchase price of the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.

Shodrexxblixan is not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery if they have not been cared for according to the care instructions provided. We cannot guarantee specific vase life, as this depends on many factors including environmental conditions and care after delivery.
